High skilled in MS Office and MS Project
4 years experience in PM (hopefully in high-class projects > 1 Mio US$)
Has worked in difference industries (not required but would be helpful)
Should be able to deliver deliverables in time (important for intl. business)
Should be able to create documents in English and work with foreign senior and superior, or willing to improve oral English fast
