Skilled in ITIL or at least in these fields: SLAs, OLAs, Requirements, Change Management, Relationship Management.
Project management or consulting skills
Outstanding understanding of quality and quality improvment.
Able to work under pressure with a high work load
English basics,be able to working with foreign senior and create all documents in English.
Willing to improve English fast
Should be able to deliver deliverables in time(important for intl. business)
Communication skills
Fast grasp
Motivated for initial work (next 6 months mostly paperwork)
